a fresh new kind of vacation holiday at Arton Farms,
located just outside of Lipa City, Batangas, in
Barrio San Isidro. Cool and green at the foot of the
Malarayat Mountain Range, San Isidro rises to 1,200
feet above sea level and offers a taste of simple, yet elegant country
life at Arton Farms. Arton is a working fruit farm with
a variety of fruit “tastes”, but with a current emphasis on growing
Mango, Papaya, and Honeydew Melon.
But
your stay at Arton Farms doesn’t involve work for you at all, except
for watching it, if you like. Stroll around to see how the
various trees and vines look, and get to know how things are done.
Or, the small putting green in the front yard could help you improve
your game for your day of golf at the 5 star course next door. There’s
a barbequing facility and picnic table just outside of the house
where you can enjoy private karaoke get-togethers. There's also
an inviting fireplace inside for cool mountain evenings. You
can do your own cooking in the farm kitchen, if you like. (Or we
have a very fine "chef" available, too !!) A pleasant
American Continental, or Filipino Farm breakfast is served each
morning as part of your overnight stay. Fans
are availible throughout the house and 2 of the bedrooms are air
conditioned.
A reservation of 1/3rd of the farm house, would include the fireplace
and barbequing facilities, kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove
and microwave, living room, TV area, 1 bathroom with warm water
shower, 1 upstairs family room suite, and 1 queen bed, air conditioned
bedroom. Cost, for accommodation of 6 people,
including breakfast, is Pesos 6,800.00 per night.
Extra persons can be accommodated for an additional Pesos
1,000.00 @ person, per night.
A reservation of 2/3rds of the farm house, would include the
fireplace and barbequing facilities, kitchen with refrigerator,
freezer, stove and microwave, living room, TV area, 2 bathrooms
with warm water showers, 2 family room suites (1 upstairs, with
king sized bed, and 1 downstairs suite), and 1 queen bed, air conditioned
bedroom. Cost for accommodation of 12 people, including breakfast,
is Pesos 13,600.00 per night. Extra persons
can be accommodated for an additional Pesos 1,000.00 @ person,
per night.

reservation of the whole farm house would include the fireplace
and barbequing facilities, kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove
and microwave, living room, TV area, 3 bathrooms with warm water
showers, 2 family room suites (1 upstairs, with king sized bed,
and 1 downstairs suite), 1 queen bed, air conditioned bedroom, and
1 king bed, air conditioned bedroom, including an internet connected
computer. Cost for accommodatiom of 15 people, including breakfast,
is Pesos 17,000.00 per night. Extra persons can
be accommodated for an additional Pesos 1,000.00 @person,
per night.
